  “Luxus Resort” aber ohne service!

Liked: The hotel is clean. The rooms, the breakfast, pool area etc. are well maintained. The hotel has only one big problem. For its size it’s far too under staffed! No service whatsoever. The shop near the reception - no one there! Empty! The reception? They put a trainee!!! There to welcome and register the people. Dinner? Careful - Kitchen Closes at 9pm!!! So it’s a “luxury hotel” if you will minus the service! Have a nice stay regardless;)

Liked: The staff were very helpful and keen to make it a pleasurable stay.

Disliked: A rather limited choice dinner menu. However the choices were of very high quality.

  Excellent

Liked: Location is amazing. Hotel is located just across a wonderful landscape. It is exactly lovely. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly. In the evening time hotel is very silent. we loved this silence. Breakfast is also great.

Lovely decor but terrible view for 50% of rooms!

Liked: Beautiful decor. Saw lots of comments about poor staff but we didn’t experience this. The breakfast was incredible and the pools were great!

Disliked: We booked the Just Hygge Suite (£500 for 1 night) and had the world’s worst view. Looking directly onto a building site. Appreciate they are building an extension and new pool but would have expected some warning/notice of this before booking so we could have made a decision! Paying this rate you don’t expect this view (see images):(
