Nice place for longer stay, washing machine included

Liked: clear instructions and easy to find key safe. apartment was clean, good location. Easy access. Everything needed was there and everything works. Sadly weather was cold and wet, so I could not use terrace that looked nice. No complains, will use again if travelling in Schwerin. Highly recommended.

Disliked: Not so found of city life but it has its points like stores close, easy access and reasonable size apartment. Close by was railroad work but it ended. Street is small so not much of a traffic.

Easy, clean, good location nearby all services. Good communication from landlord

Liked: Apartment is very near center. Short walk to anywhere. Apartment has everything needed for longer stay also washing machine. Everything works. Everything is clean. Good communication and adaptation if situation changes. I stayed for month due to work project. Inner yard has nice terrace but I didn't have time to use it. Clear instructions for everything and landlord responds quickly to any questions. High recommendation.

Disliked: Could have used microwave, this was just that I am just to have one. Actually, found out that it is not necessary kitchen item. I don't have any complaints.
