Liked: Excellent location both to the Schwerin Old Town as well as to the local beach. Our host suggested the most close by beach with a cafe - it is 8 minutes walk from the apartment and definitely a very nice place. The apartment has a parking lot for a car just by the entrance. It was also spotless clean.

Disliked: Checkout time was at 10 and it was not clearly communicated by the host upon arrival. But it was nice that the host allowed us to stay a bit longer and also leave our car at the parking by the apartment for some more hours.

Liked: The apartment is clean, well located and has good facilities for short or a long stay. Communication with host was effortless.

Disliked: Bedroom is located on a floor level next to a busy road, so if you're a light sleeper, you will hear each car driving by through the entire night.

  Very good

Liked: Nice location, smart clean apartment, nice decoration, comfortable, not much to not like. Would certainly come again. Great car parking slot.

Disliked: Dishwasher was old and the plates were too large to wash properly, kitchen items in the drawers were not checked for cleanliness.. The bathroom had a bath and no proper shower so if one was of limited mobility it would be a little more difficult. But minor points and did not detract from our stay.
