  Good experience overall

  Liked: The Location was excellent! And it was a good place for a short stay.

  Disliked: The bed wasn’t very comfortable. It seems that the hinges were not properly adjusted, it was very very loud every time you move a bit. Also there isn’t a sink in the kitchen area so we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom.

  Nice apartment, great management and fantastic location - but let down a bit by a few small details

  Liked: Great location, in the pedestrian zone and so close to Schwerin palace, restaurants, shops etc. Manager is extremely responsive and communications were great. The packet of coffee for the coffee maker was a nice touch and appreciated.

  Disliked: Ground floor is a fish restaurant, which does mean a bit of an odour in the building (nothing the owner can do about that though). But a few small niggles in the apartment - dead lightbulb meant bathroom was dim, and lack of any sort of curtain or blind on bathroom window disconcerting to say the least. Also none of the condiments we’re used to seeing in apartments - salt, sugar etc.

  Oversized apartments in superb location

  Liked: The size of the apartments and the location.

  Disliked: As the restaurant downstairs has a specialty fish, the stair had a pungent fried fish smell since early morning. At least this was only at the stairs and it did not go to the apartments.

  Disliked: No water in the kitchen. Only one key provided. Broken door handle on bathroom door.
