  Good location

  Liked: Good Location Friendly bar / restaurant staff.

  Disliked: Lift / Elevator had been out of order for some time but they didn’t tell us before check in. Nobody offered to help carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Reception Staff in the evening not engaging or friendly. Top floor rooms are far too hot even with windows open. Needs air conditioning.

  Nice location and helpful staff

  Liked: Location for the town centre. Happily reLocated me to a first floor room rather than the original 3rd floor. Reserved a parking space for me.

  Disliked: No tea making facilities in the room and no ground floor rooms. Lift was broken.

  Hotel from another era that still feels luxurious

  Liked: Top quality hotel, felt like staying in another era. Very good breakfast. Excellent room. Lovely service. Beautiful courtyard and great, secure parking for bicycles.

  Disliked: Warning sign about penalty fees if you take food from the breakfast was a little much.

  Liked: History and location was decent

  Disliked: We booked a suite, which turns out to be on the ground floor, out to the street, with a tram going by just a few meters from the windows. If I had known, I would never have paid extra for the suite.

  Lovely stay in a top location close to Mitte, could have done with a kettle

  Liked: Excellent location. Lovely staff. Great breakfast selection and nice garden and decor. Nice to have sweets on the pillow and easy to get extra pillow when requested

  Disliked: Needed tea and coffee making facilities in the room please.
