  Liked: Quiet place relaxing Nice breakfast

  Disliked: Check in via a machine was very disappointing We would prefer a front desk and someone to welcome us. Also the rooms had some problems and there was no one to inform

  Liked: The hotel ( guesthouse) was nice and clean, including the room, bathroom is well. The breakfast was fine.

  Disliked: The self check in is horrible after a long day. Around 9pm no body’s there for help, I had to find out my reading glasses, typing in a lots of details, what I doesn’t want to share with them. End of the process, I have got a piece of paper with code, no card, no key, a piece of paper. After that, a difficult door lock… At the room door code again in a dark corridor. No lift in the building, go up to the third floor with packages, lovely. On the morning we have got a not too kind staff in the restaurant. It was the worst experience in germany, never going again to this place!

  Liked: Location, great breakfast & lounge area. Perfect for families with children! Lots to do. Easy walk to the lake or train station.
