  Liked: Location and the view are amazing. Good breakfast

  Disliked: They should have provided a ventilator or fan as it became very hot. Our room didn't have good ventilation as one window was facing to the building and other to the trees, which were blocking the air. Also the curtains should be thicker or dark. It was too bright inside the room.

  Liked: Тhe location is amazing with a stunning view. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very good food. We had both breakfast and dinners in the hotel.

  Disliked: The pool area was not well maintained. It needs refurbishment. Although the rooms were very clean the pool, changing room areas, toilets and showers were far from clean.

  Liked: The staff were super friendly, from the start they informed us about the pool and spa working ours and they also gave us so many informations about the hiking path around the hotel. We also booked the dinner within the hotel and that was also great, Everything we had at dinner and breakfast were so delicious. Spa and swimming pool were also very relaxing and comfortable.

  Best place in Schwarzwald

  Liked: I loved the facilities for kids and wellness facilities. Rooms were kept clean

  Disliked: Dinner menu wasn't kid Friendly and very less choice for vegetarian/vegan

  RAS a part la serveuse du soir ( un peu âgée)

  Liked: Tout était bien, a part la serveuse qui était là le soir. Le premier soir elle était vraiment désagréable quand on lui a posé une question, on c’est dit qu’elle était de mauvaise humeur et que ça peut arriver, mais le deuxième soir quand mon mari a commandé un café au lait au bar elle lui a réchauffé un café au micro onde et le lait il ne l’a jamais eut. D’autre personne on trouvé cette dame méchante, et je pense qu’elle devrait mieux gérer sa frustration. Les autres membres du personnels étaient tous très gentils
