  Liked: It is very close to Titisee town and lake, a very short walk. We did drive so for us having the car to venture further out was important to us. We also walked a few trails through the forest- a hikers' paradise ✨️ Lots to do for the whole family. The apartment generally had a wholesome feel to it. Good kitchen appliances. A lovely space.

  Disliked: Our bed was quite hard but the childrens' bed they reported to say it was lovely and comfortable. The guests staying above us weren't noisy purposely but we could hear them walking around and moving furniture, opening and closing doors. Despite a few things we will definitely stay again.

  Liked: nice view of the nature, bus stop is also nearby

  Disliked: staff was not very responsive. i inquired about the WiFi and they failed to provide a solution. staff could have also already given us details on self checkin but i had to call them in the end. place was also a little cold even with the heater on, and would be nice if kitchen provided some basic cooking ingredients like oil and salt. placement of the tv is also weird as it was blocked by the curtains. thank you

  Overall good and very peace and calm area

  Liked: Location is very nice and the lady who is staying in upstairs is very kind and helped us during onboarding. Only missing is Numbers are not written on the door/ any number plate in front of door.

  Would have been perfect if there was good internet

  Liked: Nice apartment close to the lake and a short walk into town.

  Disliked: The internet was terrible, less than 1mbs. This was raised with the management but never addressed.

  Liked: The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either.
