Liked: The location, the mattresses, complimentary coffee and tea and the way the receptionist treated us

Disliked: The bathroom drain wasn't working properly, and neither was the heating; even though the temperature was turned up, it didn't feel warm.

Very relaxing but wish I’d had more time to have a drink at the bar and soak up the atmosphere

Liked: It was very modern, clean, the staff were beyond polite and helpful and the car park was very safe

Disliked: Maybe a few more coffee sachets? Can’t think of anything I didn’t like

  Really nice

Liked: Good value for money. The room was spacious—basic, yet contemporary and modern. Nice view, with a large window, though it couldn't be opened. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere at the reception is also very modern.

Disliked: I don’t have anything specific in mind, but I’d like them to introduce sugar-free sweets—healthier options. Not a lot, just something beneficial. I’m referring to all the chains.
