Exceptional
Beautiful apartment located in the heart of the city. Modern, very clean and very well equipped. Loved everything about
Good apartment, but deliberate pricing deception right before arrival
Liked: The apartment was good overall, and the hosts were friendly in person.
Disliked: Deliberate pricing tactic: The mandatory climate tax was intentionally set too low in the system during booking to make the offer appear cheaper. The demand for the difference came shortly before arrival. Since free cancellation was no longer possible, this approach borders on deception. This caused unnecessary stress, amplified by repeated messages from Booking support regarding this fee. Furthermore, we received no receipt for the tax paid in cash; the host incorrectly referred us to Booking.com for this. Additional flaws: There were no trash bags, and the shower drain was clogged (communication regarding these issues and check-in was handled separately via direct chat). Both issues were fixed eventually, but coordinating the host's visits to the apartment caused unnecessary stress.
Liked: Really nice, clean, modern and well equipped apartment in a perfect location. The hostess was very nice and helpful.
Newly renovated studio in the centre of Aegina
Liked: The flat was spotless and comfy, perfect for a long weekend. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped with all the essentials, while the mattress was also comfortable. Would stay again. Excellent location as everything was within walking distance.
A great stay in Lalos apartment
Liked: Lovely clean and modern apartment. Great to have the washing machine after island hopping. Great central location but also quiet at night.
Disliked: No negatives
