  Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the city. The swimming pools were also clean, and there was always plenty of space for the children.

  Disliked: As a Greek, I can say that the staff did not realize that I understood Greek, and I overheard them speaking very disrespectfully about guests. This was particularly noticeable at the mini-market located at the entrance of the hotel.

  Liked: Loved the accomadation and pool areas staff excellent buggy service excellent helpful reception staff

  Disliked: Hard beds bellavista dinner was not explained as the cost seemed quite high for the standard also was told we could use the indoor spa pool with a 12 year old when we arrived was refused

  Liked: Lovely large hotel with fabulous views over the bay. Beautiful swimming pool areas and just a 15 minute walk into the cebtre of the town. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

  Disliked: We were given complimentary half board (it was the same price as B&B) but the eve buffet wasn't really for us. The good was fine enough but very noisy and busy in the restaurant.

  Liked: We had half board, both the breakfast and dinner buffets are really great, with a large variety/plenty of choice. Show cooking, large salad bar, great desserts. Location is great: the last hotel at the sea front with several pools (cold in October!), close to a sandy beach, quiet if your room is far enough away from the bar area (almost daily live music).

  Disliked: Obviously this is a very large hotel, frequented by tour operators with groups of people. So a bit anonymous. The staff in the restaurant was really stretched out, a bit understaffed. Some were a bit suffering and had difficulties under this labor regime to keep their cool. I believe the management should look after the well being of some of the personnel. which would improve the customer experience as well.
