Exceptional
Comfortable apartment in attractive setting, convenient for the cape and the airport
Liked: A clean and comfortable apartment with a terrace and lovely views over a cove. It felt like we had our own private beach just below as it was so peaceful. We'd thought there was a public road in front but the apartment is situated within a secure residential estate with an entrance gate, so the road in front is quiet and ideal for parking. Panos was very helpful in providing a comprehensive set of instructions for access and use of the facilities and recommendations for eating out. He checked in on us to ensure all was ok. It's just a short drive to the Temple of Poseidon along the coast and 45 minutes drive from Athens airport.
Disliked: The patio door does not appear to lock easily, so we used the vertical blind instead. The deserted hotel block close by doesn't enhance the setting but it did not affect our enjoyment.

Wonderful peaceful stay for 2 nights before onward travel
Liked: Stunning location with lovely beach and cafe within short walking distance. Very peaceful with sea view and a terrace to sit and enjoy. The studio had everything we needed, even some breakfast toasts jam coffee etc. comfy bed and a good shower. It was very quiet and peaceful. The air con was appreciated. Nicely decorated with character. We had great information and communication from Panos. A taxi ride to Lavrio port is approx 7. € This was helpful for us to get to our connection and we were travelling by train with no car. We would definitely recommend sea satin for the quiet relaxed area and access to a great beach. T

The owner so kind, friendly and polite always there to answer any questions and help us with anything we wanted! The view from the bed and the balcony is just incredible!!!
