  A bit expensive for what we got, still was pleasant

  Liked: Clean rooms, friendly staff, parking was available.

  Disliked: Most of the time of our stay the pool was out of order. The air conditioning smells bad and is too noisy even at night setting. Noise from the motorway day and night.

  Liked: Our stay at this villa was a wonderful experience! The house was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything a family might need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location was beautiful and the view was so peaceful. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and welcomed us warmly. We truly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

  Liked: Housekeeping did a good job!

  Disliked: I strongly advise others to look elsewhere before booking this place. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, far from shops, restaurants, beaches, or any kind of activities. There is no easy access to anything, and even the exit from the property is dangerous – a steep, blind curve that feels unsafe every time you drive out. One of the biggest surprises (which is only mentioned in the fine print) is that quiet hours are enforced daily from 3–6 PM. During these hours, no noise is tolerated – including children's play or any kind of activity. The pool, which is only open from 12–6 PM, becomes practically unusable during these hours. To make matters worse, my 6-year-old son, who is autistic and has tics, was harshly yelled at by a very angry neighbor during these "quiet hours". It was deeply upsetting and frightening for him, and completely unacceptable behavior. The host was not welcoming or friendly. Guests are not allowed to have any visitors at all – even in situations where you might need help, like I did with my child. There was no flexibility or understanding, and had I known any of this beforehand, I would never have booked this place. Instead, I highly recommend staying in Nea Potidea – a charming town nearby with shops, restaurants, and a beach, perfect for families. This accommodation is not suitable for families, children, or anyone who values a warm and accommodating environment.

Good to know

In order to maintain the pool's hygiene, it is mandatory to please use the shower before entering it.

The pool's usage for individuals below 18 years of age is exclusively under the supervision of an adult guardian.
