  Overall a great stay, wonderful view, and fantastic host!

  Liked: The place was quiet, and had a great big yard. Our dog could easily run around and feel comfortable on the property, and there were plenty of trails for dog walks. The owner's father lived just above us, and was extremely kind and helpful. He even generously shared a watermelon with us. Parking was easy and included. The views were lovely from the apartment. The beds were super comfortable.

  Disliked: There wasn't an easy path to a beach from the apartment - so you would need to drive 10-25 minutes to have a comfortable beach. We were provided with thin blankets, but we did feel cold during the nights (late September), and would recommend providing more or bigger sized ones (I believe the host could provide more if requested). The last thing is that the apartment isn't in the town of Nikiti (it's a bit further out) - so any restaurants/shops can only be accessed by driving.

  We will definetly come back!

  Liked: The studio was great, clean and we had acces to Netflix! We had our own back yard! AC was great also! Private parking at the property! Our dog was allowed at the property! The kitchen was very well equipped - we cooked a couple of times! There is also a very good tavern near by - walking distance- -> it ia called Sonia. The fridge and freezer are huge! Everything was great!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful location, with a very well kept garden, close to a quiet beach. The rooms are very clean, with simple but beautiful design. It offers lots of nice relaxation areas, both in the garden and on the generous terrace facing the pines and the sea. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming.

  Liked: Sithonia is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our stay special was this lovely apartment. Every time we returned from the beach, I felt genuinely happy to be back—especially because of the beautiful, quiet yard shaded by tall pine trees. The whole place feels like a little oasis, far from the crowds and noise. The apartment is perfectly equipped, down to the smallest detail. Every appliance and little item you might need for a summer vacation is already there. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive. What meant the most to me was the peaceful yard, especially since this was our first trip with our baby. Having a safe, shaded outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy the sounds of birds truly made all the difference.

  Perfect holiday place in Sithonia Nikiti

  Liked: The place is perfect for a family. It has wonderful yard with barbeque and dining table outside as well as garden furnitures where you can relax. Our dog felt very good playing in the yard. The studio is modern with a kitchen, big bed with super comfortable pillows and sofa bed. Bathroom is modern and we'll equipped with hair dryer.
