  Amazing service, great location

  Liked: The staff was very very friendly they were there for everything you needed and it was all very straightforward and very relaxed.

  Disliked: It could be a little bit cleaner and they could as well have done something about the mosquito situation in terms of mosquito nets on the door

  Comfort, relax and a beautiful seaview

  Liked: A very convinient and smart furnitured room, with a nice balcony, providing a beautiful sight towards the sea. The staff are very warm & helpfull and maintain uncompromised cleaness.

  Disliked: The plumbing could use some attention to ensure flawless water curculation. Worth to have a word with Zattero beach bar staff - the guests failed to feel welcome, disregarding the agreements made with Belohorizonte...

  Liked: Very close proximity to the beach, spacious room.

  Disliked: The pathway to the beach did not have proper stairs, it was rocky and shaky. The kitchen was barely equiped. No oven. The kitchen smelled horrible, I told the cleaning lady, she just raised her shoulders. There were frequent water shortages, usually in the evening. The pathways from the upper rooms to the beach, pass through reception, so when you come back from the beach, all wet from the shower, you should either walk around the entire complex, or pass wet through the reception. My point is that the pathways in the complex were not quite well thought out. The internet connection was bad, I had to do a video call meeting for work one day, I could not get propper internet. I would have been more tolerable for all of this, but not at this price range. The prices should be at least 30% lower to deserve the rating that it has.

  Great stay for 10 persons, we’ve booked 3 accomodations

  Liked: Very nice rooms, we’ve booked a two persons studio, an one bedroom appartement and a two bedroom appartement. Great for family vacation, very close to a nice beach, no car needed. The sunset view is absolutely amazing! Than you so much!

  Clean comfortable great service and location, what more do you need??

  Liked: The location was perfect. Parking was easy. The shower had perfect pressure and hot water. Check in was easy, and the one cleaning lady was excellent and very proactive. Anytime you ask for something they went out of their way to make it happen.

  Disliked: They should provide bottle of water every day because you cant drink the tap water.

  We have a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations

  Liked: We (several families with children) stayed in Belo Horizonte for more than week and just came back. And we all confirm that we enjoyed our vacation a lot. Depending on the family members we were all allocated to one-room or two-room units either on the ground floor (with a very nice verandah) or on the second floor (with a nice balcony). Units were very clean and tidy. Staff is very hospitable and helpful. The beach is 50 meters away.

  Disliked: Internet connection is unstable and slow. Needs improvement. Some garden chairs need to be replaced.
