  Definitely not a value for money. I would adjust my expectations if the price was more reasonable. Generally wouldn’t re

  Liked: Warm welcome and complimentary shots of mastiha upon arrival. Property was clean when we arrived. Pool was aesthetically nice.

  Disliked: Stressful experience. On checkout day, we were just 10 minutes late when the cleaning lady knocked twice, followed by the manager showing up with a rude attitude, insisting we leave immediately. The room was much smaller than shown in the photos. Despite warnings to keep nets closed due to bees and insects, mosquitoes were everywhere. After our second night, the room was only superficially cleaned — a dead mosquito from the night before was still on the wall and the toilet floor still dirty. Sound insulation was terrible; we could hear everything, even our neighbor snoring. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and stressful. The location was not easily accessible due to a damaged road, which became even worse after it rained on the last day, leaving the entire area covered in mud.

  Liked: Wonderfull place with wondefull owners, alwsys there to help you Apartment is in the fairy tale place, near beautifull Stavronikity beach, but close to picturesque small city eith tavernas. Very piecfull, with beatifull forst near and san flower feald, with the sea smell one word WONDERFULL

  Liked: Location is in perfect, in proximity to many beaches at Sani, owners and stuff are extremely helpful and are accommodating all request, pool is splendid for morning swim.

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Oikos Sani. The main pool was exactly what we were hoping for, and the staff’s warm welcome and care made the experience even more special. The surrounding nature creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

  Liked: A superb place located between 2 pine forests with a fresh pine scent, cool air and no mosquitoes. A quiet area, without the noise like in crowded areas. In the evening I didn't need air conditioning, the rooms are cool. The beaches are 4 minutes away by car, restaurants are also 4 minutes away by car, in the port you can find many restaurants with different specialties. The accommodation has a very comfortable bed, a terrace on the ground floor, another gorgeous terrace on the first floor, parking spaces... congratulations to the owners for how they thought about the layout of the location, we will gladly return!
