  Definitely would recommend staying here if you are in Kalithea

  Liked: The girl who works at the reception is really nice and helpful❤️She left a good impression and we will definitely remember her!!! The rooms are nice and clean and the location is amazing. We were really excited about having a pool and it is nice as well.

  Disliked: The only reason i gave an 8 is because when we arrived the cleaning ladies were there(the receptionist wasn’t there yet because we arrived pretty early)and when i tried asking them anything they wouldn’t cooperate and only said we don’t know english even though i had the translator app open.To add to that 3 days passed and they didn’t change our towels we had to ask.That left a bit bad first impression but that was all.

  Liked: Absolutely beautiful place, staff were friendly a day very helpful, loved the location and plenty of parking on the street. Beds made with fresh sheets and towels changed every day. Thank you to a wonderful stay.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The owners were very kind, friendly, and understanding, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There is also parking available, which was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

  Disappointing stay - definitely not "luxury"

  Liked: On the positive side, the staff were nice and polite, and the cleaning lady in particular was doing a very good job and clearly put effort into keeping things clean.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, and the experience was nowhere near what we would expect from a property advertised as “luxury”. Our room was located directly underneath the stairs, so we could hear the footsteps of practically every guest walking up and down. On top of that, there were three rooms directly above us occupied by a “bride-to-be” party. They were frequently walking around in high heels, making noise, and returning late at night, which made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We stayed in that room throughout our stay, and no alternative or solution was offered. What I found particularly frustrating was the way guests seemed to be prioritized. It is completely understandable that people celebrating a special occasion want to have fun, but their comfort should not come at the expense of everyone else’s. If you have a large, noisy group staying at the property, it would make much more sense to place them in rooms where they are less likely to disturb other guests. The mattresses were also terrible. We both woke up with back pain, which is definitely not what you expect from a place that presents itself as a luxury accommodation. The pool was full of balloons from the party on our very first evening, so we couldn't really enjoy it as expected. The bathroom was another issue. We could constantly hear water running from the floors above, the water pressure was inconsistent, and overall the bathroom did not feel particularly well maintained. The Wi-Fi was unbelievably bad and barely usable, which was also very frustrating. There were also some odd choices regarding the amenities. We had a safe in the room, but no iron. I'm not sure how a safe is considered more essential than a basic amenity like an iron. Overall, this property is nowhere near what I would consider “luxury”.

  Its okey, but not worth the money

  Liked: We like the room with terrace, the pool and the location. You can park your car in front, but it is very risky becouse the streets are naeeow.

  Disliked: Wifi is very, very bad. The gym is only for taking photos, there is nothing:) The woman at the reception is rude. On the first day, we arrived a little early, but we traveled for 15 hours and it meant a rest and settling in. Our room was ready but she kept saying it wasn't and we were at the pool for hours. After that, there was a misunderstanding about breakfast, because they send circular messages about it. She didn't know if we had or not either, but everything would have been fine if she hadn't been rude and unkind, like a man on the reception last day.
