  Photos of hotel in booking looks good but in reality it is opposite

  Liked: Old property

  Disliked: Smell of the sewage in the bar and pool Seaside is far and not property of hotel we had to pay (in all inclusive) for the umbrellas and sun loungers Rules of hotel are that room Towels and bed sheets to be changed every three days Food nothing exceptional Drinks free only some local producers not so much choice. One night no draft beers only payable in bottles Only Staff was with good manners Sun umbrella and loungers were old and rusty

  A very good experience with Village Mare

  Liked: The fact that the team was very friendly and helpful, good and various food

  Last time all inclusive in Greece

  Liked: Live greek music was verry nice

  Disliked: Drink are horrible. Its the last time when i will chose an all inclusive hotel in Grece. It's not worth the money. Take an acomodation and breakfast and for the difference go to taverns. Its much cheaper and the food is better. Beach is at more than 100m away and they dont have a beach bar there. I choosed all inclusive exactly for this. To have acces to drinks on the beach

  Ok, but definitely not Great

  Liked: Facility was well placed, with 2 nice pools and close to good beach.

  Disliked: Rooms need updates! Nothing major, just old, and need to update. Food was barely ok. It's just not tasty. Like man, you use the right ingredients, so how can you not make tasty food? Taziki had no garlic and lacked salt...that's a staple of Greek food. If you can't make the best taziki sauce, fire the chef. Most food lacked enough salt. Etc... Also, no gyro for lunch or dinner? Good enough to get by as a resort...just Nothing that stands out.

  Liked: Mesto je fino sa lepim zelenilom i sa divnim maslinama i palmama. Apartmani su veliki za porodice sa decom. Dva bazena cista i uredna.

  Disliked: Put do plaze naporan i bez asfalta i bez hlada... Jelo je dosta svedeno na sve isto svaki dan... Muzika preglasna da ne moze da se spava do 1.

  Nice experience in Greece

  Liked: The position of the hotel is great, close to the beach in case you are comfortable and don't want to visit any other beaches. Inside of the resort there is also great as there are plenty of olive trees and enough shadow almost everywhere. There are two large swimming pools: one for children and one for teenagers and adults. The water is heated by the sun, but it was warm in July. The all inclusive package was of great value: tasty and varied food dishes for all the three meals, good drinks (including cocktails), good coffee. The staff was always nice, the waiters at the restaurant were helpful and always there in case we needed something. There were also some Greek evenings with live music which was great. We actually felt the Greek atmosphere. The pool bar served various and tasty drinks. The children played safely on the premises, which was a plus for all parents. Another advantage was that it was a short drive from some of the nicest beaches on Sithonia.

  Disliked: We had a split level apartment and the big air conditioning had to function the entire night to cool also the upstairs part while downstairs was extremely cold.... being a split level apartment I recommend a more efficient air conditioning upstairs (they had a small one, but noisy and didn't cool enough). We had to pay the sunbeds by the sea 5 € (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella) and we expected them to be included in the all inclusive package. The snacks were extremely limited, we had to be there exactly when they opened it, otherwise you wouldn't find anything. Another aspect was that we had our check-in at 3 p.m. so entered with dinner and our check-out at 12 p.m. so left after breakfast, which means we didn't get one lunch.. they also told us that we were not allowed to use the pools anymore after the check-out...which was a bit disappointing especially for the children.
