  A blissfully relaxing stay in a unique hotel

  Liked: Beautiful decor, lovely areas for relaxation, the pool area, the stylish well thought out design of the bedroom, the kind and helpful staff.

  Disliked: Nothing. Suggestion: personally would like a variety of tea including herbal teas in the room but great to have tea and coffee anyway!

  a absolutely won place to stay! the staff was so friendly and helpful also

  Liked: the location is perfect, only a 4 minute walk from the harbor. the grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was great!

  Beautiful, but overpriced

  Liked: Bratsera was enchanting, a beautiful hotel mixing old charm with current age amenities. The outdoor area near the pool was really pretty with shade and sunny areas. The food was delicious.

  Disliked: Sadly, our air conditioning did not work properly, but they provided a Dyson fan which helped. The service at their restaurant was fantastic, behind reception, they were a little less warm. As charming as the hotel is, and it is, the cost is out of proportion for a superior standard room.

  wonderful and relaxing

  Liked: Staff so friendly and helpful, food excellent, location wonderful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

  Disliked: Perhaps another couple of umbrellas around the pool, but this is being really picky as we loved everything.

  Really nice, authentic place on a lovely unspoilt island

  Liked: Breakfast was great - service excellent, food choice great and setting wonderful.

  Disliked: As our bedding situation was not ideal, I hope when we come to stay the next time some investment in beds has been done. The staff, however, went to great length to help us out with what they could.
