Exceptional
Amazing stay with 2 wonderful hosts
Liked: Loved the serenity! George met us at the ferry and transported our luggage. He also met us at the ferry with our luggage when we had to leave. So accommodating! He was an amazing person eager to please. His wife Helen was lovely and provided a welcome food and wine.
Disliked: Enjoyed everything!
Simply fantastic!
Liked: Utterly beautiful apartment up on the hill, peaceful, with a sea view from the balcony. The hosts are extremely kind: They contacted us to inform us about an upcoming ferry strike. We were picked up at the port, and Giorgos helped us with the luggage and shared many recommendations with us. The wine, as well as the coffee and the breakfast for the first morning were such a pleasant surprise. We loved our stay and would love to return!
I would go back and recommend it to friends in a heartbeat
Liked: The hosts were extremely helpful, generous and hospitable. The facilities were also top notch.
Disliked: A lighter blanket would have been better. We were unsure what the cleaning expectations were.
Perfect spot to explore all that Hydra offers!
Liked: Our hosts were absolutely fantastic. Communication was clear before and during our stay. Oros Eros 2 was exceptionally clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is away from the busy port area, which we preferred. We highly recommend staying here!
Perfect place with charming hosts
Liked: Everything about this peaceful property was perfect. The unit, as well as the view was beautiful. It had very nice furnishings and was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and had high end sheets and comforter. The shower was nice and the towels were also high end. Oros Eros 2 modern kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. There was even a washing machine, which makes it convenient while traveling. The hosts, George and Helen, were amazing and charming, picking us up at the port and also delivering our bags to the port when we were leaving. They left bottled water, a bottle of wine and bread, cake and jams in the unit for us. They offered very helpful tips and information on the island. If you go to the beautiful island of Hydra, this property is the perfect place to stay.
Disliked: Nothing
Great apartment in a beautiful and quiet setting
Liked: The apartment is well appointed boasting lovely views being extremely clean and well maintained, located high up on the edge of the port. George and Helen are very friendly and welcoming leaving breakfast, wine and water. We were met from the port taking our cases up to the apartment by mule. Would highly recommend, Hydra is a gem and a wonderful location for a relaxing break. Lovely walks to Kamini and a boat to Mandraki with great restaurant recommendations from George. It is a fifteen minute walk from the port back to the apartment up the hillside. Will definitely return to experience more magic!
Disliked: All great
