  Liked: A true hidden gem in Ios. Great location, walking distance from the main town. This place is absolutely stunning and honestly left me speechless. It actually way more beautiful than what you see on the pictures here in booking.com. The view is incredible, but what makes it so unique is the pool and balcony sitting right above the rocks, creating the most breathtaking setting. It feels like you’re floating above the sea, completely surrounded by nature. Such a special and unforgettable place! absolutely magical. 🤍

  Disliked: The only thing I would suggest improving is adding an umbrella and a sunbed on the balcony next to the pool. It would make the space even more enjoyable, especially during the sunny hours.

  Lovely place to stay just be aware the location is a loud party zone

  Liked: Great view, nice breakfast and clean. Also good bathroom/shower

  WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAD!

  Liked: NOTHING WAS LIKEABLE WORST STAY EVER!

  Disliked: WATCH OUT BEFORE YOU BOOK! Please don't fall for the reviews like we did. We felt it was almost a scam because what we paid for was completely the opposite of what we got! We had to check out earlier than planned because THE NOISE WAS UNBEARABLE! The rooms were extremely loud, we couldn't even sleep, and the noise goes on every day from 3:00pm to 10:30pm. The hotel is located just a few meters away from all the beach bars and nightclubs on the island! The worst experience ever! We wish we had checked out on the very first day, but the owner told us its not this loud everyday!! Major WATCH OUT as well: You also have to walk through the taverna to reach the hotel! Imagine walking through a restaurant every single day while people are eating, morning and night. Especially in the morning, when the staff are skinning fish with all the mess on the floor while you're carrying your bags! Not to mention the breakfast, which can't even be called breakfast! It's literally a few pieces of supermarket cheese, a tiny bowl of yogurt, and some eggs. We didn't even bother ordering breakfast the following days and had to eat elsewhere. 3- THE MATTRESS was the worst, it felt like sleeping on the floor. When I asked for a mattress topper, the host simply said, "We don't have one," without even trying to understand the issue or help us, even though we were staying for four days. 4- Very unfriendly hosts. When we checked in, the sister was trying to be kind, but the moment she and her brother realized we weren't happy with our stay, their attitude completely changed. When we checked out, they didn't even bother helping us with our bags, and the owner was extremely rude and unfriendly during the refund process. 5- For a two-star hotel, they were the most expensive on the island while offering the lowest level of service possible.

  Liked: Amazing place, fantastic view and great people! George is a fantastic host, we felt really welcomed! He helped us rent a car for the stay and he upgraded us to a better room. The breakfast is really nice and is delivered straight to your room. There is also a very good restaurant downstairs, also run by his family, in which we had the best meal of our stay! The fish is extremely fresh, so so good!
