Wonderful staff
Liked: All of the staff were all great. Super fun, kind and helpful. The pool itself was nice too. Having breakfast at the property was a bonus as well as daily housekeeping and The view is fantastic!
Disliked: Unfortunately the room had sewage issues in the bathroom every night so it smelled pretty bad. The towels were so old they felt like sand paper, the beds were super old and some should have been replaced. There were ants in our room and dirty floors. The pool chairs, some were broken and incredibly uncomfortable. It didn’t look like anything was really cleaned up there so seating was limited. We really wanted to like the hotel because of the staff which were great but for the money we spent, we were pretty disappointed in that regard.
Great location but dodgy to have not given us the room we paid for
Liked: Pool and view were amazing. Location was great.
Disliked: We paid for a room with a view for 2 nights. But they did not give us that room for the first night and made a 2 person room into a 3 person room so it was very squashy. We probably only got the room we paid for on the second night because we asked.
Liked: Lovely people, good views
Disliked: Dirty.the air conditioner was leaking the whole night the room was microscopic and smelled like shit. We had a different room booked our last day,and the room was much larger than the first one but I found two bugs under my sheets.
A lovely hotel, excellent staff and amazing sunset view. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Ios
Liked: Warm welcome from the excellent staff, facilities, amazing pool area, everything was clean.
Disliked: Not so much about the property but guests who are walking into Hora need to be prepared for the 10 minute hill walk back to the hotel!

The transfer service from the port to our accommodation and from our accommodation to the port is available at an extra charge of €4 per person from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM.
Between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM, the charge is €7 per person.
Advance reservation is required for the transfer service.
