Lovely stay
Liked: Very friendly welcome and kind to let us use the pool after we had checked out. Superb terrace with views of Chora. Great to be so near to the beach.
Disliked: It seemed quite expensive compared with other properties in the area given that breakfast is not included and the air con unit was a bit noisy. A huge, ugly hotel is going in next door which might spoil the atmosphere in the future but there’s nothing the owners can do about that!
Fabulous stay in Villa Maria
Liked: Wonderful stay in Villa Maria. The room was modern and kept beautifully clean. Regular change of towels and sheets. Brilliant shower and lots of hot water. Fantastic sea view. In a great location at the far side of the port away from the party scene. Menu available for breakfast, lunch and drinks. Pool area is very peaceful in well kept garden. This was our second stay here and we will definitely return. The family made us so welcome and are on hand all the time. Lovely people ❤️
Great little Gem
Liked: What a fantastic little gem, set at the far side of the beach which is about 200 mtrs away, this family run hotel is perfect for a quiet holiday but with easy access to the harbour bars and restaurants and a short bus ride to the town, the owners are great very friendly and can’t do enough for you.
Disliked: They didn’t have a kettle although they offered their own, but we took a travel kettle so no big deal
