Exceptional
A good stay but a bit overrated
Liked: The hosts were amazing. The accommodation was well equipped, comfy beds, they also provided some tea and coffee, sugar, some water bottles when we arrived. There's an iron, iron board, washing machine, everything you might need. The location was good for us and there's parking there, but you would need a car to get around. However, just so you know it is not " all for yourself" kind of thing, you pass the owners house to go down to your accommodation. You share the same yard with them. The parking is right in front of their house. So you will bump into them occasionally. Or you will hear them around:). It's a really quiet place where you can enjoy the sound of nature (as long as the owners don't play music.)
Disliked: As I said, the hosts were great, I am not denying that, but there is a but. The bathroom needed a proper clean. The shower was dirty, there is a washing machine in the bathroom and all around it there was dust and dirt, we had a bathroom rug and that could have been cleaner. The room itself seemed clean, but we were a bit disappointed with the bathroom.
More value than money
Liked: Quiet is the key word, only the sounds of nature, besides that apartment has everything you are going to need for a comfy stay whether its one or more nights, you only going to need your supplies for your meals.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like!
Calm and quiet 2-day transit stay in Kalmata
Liked: Very kind and helpful hosts. Excellent English. Immediate response.
Disliked: Keep in mind that the property is located in a secluded neighbourhood, 5-6 km. from Kalamata. A car is a must. Google MAps might possibly mislead you the first time around and lead you thorough the olive groves. Use another navigation app, if possible

Liked: The location in the countryside is nice. The heating in the apartment worked well. Good with a washing machine.
Disliked: The bed was too soft for our liking. The area around the apartment was untidy and scruffy. There are dogs in the neighbourhood that are quite noisy in the night.
Exceptional
Liked: What a nice staying at Sergey's place! He is such a great host and also his daughter, Daria.They helped us anytime when we needed something. The apartment is very cozy, clean and well equipped. The bed is soft and fluffy, it feels like you sleep on a cloud. Warm water and heating was at all times! A very nice plus is the Terrace, which is like an oasis of relaxation. We really appreciate that we were able to enjoy the nature and fresh air and at the same time we were just 15 minutes away from the city! Thank you, Sergey for everything! 🙏
