Perfect for a family, we would definitely stay here again if we back in Kalamata
Liked: Perfect location, close to everything. Very spacious as a family of 5. We really appreciated the well stocked fridge, snacks and water. Very clean, and had everything we needed and more. Also very helpful to have a washing machine and big clothes line

Liked: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Kalamata and would definitely come back! The apartment is very spacious, completely newly renovated to a very high standard, and furnished with so much love and attention to detail. Everything is beautiful, stylish, and very thoughtfully arranged. We especially appreciated all the little touches in the kitchen – drinks, food, coffee, medication, and so much more were provided for us. The location right in the heart of the city is perfect, and the lovely balcony is an added highlight. Christina is a very warm and caring host. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and she was incredibly attentive and always made sure that everything was perfect for us. We felt completely at home and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Kalamata. Highly recommended!

Liked: Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, κοντά στο κέντρο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενική και είχε φροντίσει να υπάρχουν επιπλέον παροχές στο σπίτι όπως μπουκάλια νερό, πρωινό κλπ.

Liked: This is by far the best place we stayed in the Péloponnèse. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well maintained and close to everything Kalamata has to offer. Christina has thought of everything one might possibly need or desire for a very comfortable stay. We arrived very late, as flights from Athens to Kalamata arrive at 22h. Christina met us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. She provided lots of snacks, water, coffee and milk - all very appreciated after a 10 hour flight. She was always available via text if we had any questions, or if we needed any advice or recommendations. We felt her warm hospitality to be sincere and generous. Central Seven is truly a luxury apartment.

Beautiful apartment in the center of town, with friendly, helpful host
Liked: Location is great. There's a convenient supermarket, pharmacies (many.. like 10+), cafes, restaurants and shopping. If you're looking to stay in Kalamata, it's walking distance to everything. Christina was super nice and helpful. The balcony is a lovely shaded spot to sit and read a book and enjoy a cold drink.
Disliked: The "free parking" is street parking if you can find it.. good luck.. But there is a really cheap municipal lot close by.. like a couple of Euros a day, and we didn't have an issue parking there, though it does fill up in the evening. Even though the place is spotlessly clean, a couple times a roach got in while we were there, which can happen in southern Europe. Also, someone was storing a motorcycle on the ground floor, and the smell of the fumes in the stairwell is nasty.
