Exceptional
Liked: Great location right downtown. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice balcony with views of the mountains. Quiet at night.
Disliked: A bit more expensive than we would have thought for the small size and simplicity.
Liked: Nice location, clean, the balcony is a must!
Disliked: Narrow bathroom, bedroom small, entrance ugly n neglected.
Superb stay, at the heart of the city!
Liked: Excellent location, at the heart of the city, within a few minutes walk to everything needed. The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: If I had to write sth, I would say the bathroom needs more attention.
Great location
Liked: The location is excellent and the flat has a huge balcony that significantly extends the more limited space within the apartment. An added bonus is the amazing views from the balcony that extend across large parts of central Kalamata as this is a penthouse flat.
Disliked: The space is somewhat limited and although this was not a problem if you have a lot of luggage or for longer stays you will need to be tidy. The flat and furniture are sufficient but they could do with an update. Some minor repairs are also needed such as lose plugs, WC shower, kitchen utensils. The air-condition unit in the reception room needed it filters cleaned/changed. However, none of these are sufficient reasons to consider not booking as the location and value for money make this flat an exceptional choice for up to 2 people.
