Fantastic place to stay, host is fabulous
Exceptional hospitality in a wonderful apartment close to everything
Liked: From the moment I walked in to the apartment, I felt at home. The owner had kindly left me some local produce as a welcome gift - olive oil, pasteli and savoury biscuits as well as cold water in the fridge. What a lovely thought and very much appreciated. The apartment is in an amazing, central location but it is very quiet. I loved the light, open airy feeling of the apartment which is surrounded by a balcony with the most beautiful views of Kalamata, the sea and the mountains. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a toastie machine, kettle and plenty of cooking facilities and utensils. I often call into the AB Supermarket near Aristomidou and was really pleased to see that it was practically on the doorstep. So easy to walk there to get groceries and just down the street is my favourite bakery. The bathroom was perfectly adequate with plenty of hot water. The best thing though was the big, comfy bed - and premium bedding. I booked this as a bit of a treat for the end of my holidays in the Mani and it didn’t disappoint. There was exceptional communication from the host and the apartment was spotlessly clean. I always have one question for myself at the end of a stay and that’s, “would I stay here again?”. In the case of 360 degree view, I think this is now my new favourite place to stay in Kalamata! Really exceptional hospitality in a beautiful, quiet apartment. The location couldn’t be better and I loved the home-from-home feel of it. Highly recommended: the owners clearly want guests to be completely satisfied with their stay and I certainly was. I look forward to staying again. Thank you for your kindness.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn’t like. If I could have had a comfortable sunlounger-type chair on the balcony, it would have been perfect!

Exceptional
Liked: The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with mostly new appliances. The location is great and the fact that the flat is on the top floor is excellent due to the amazing view (truly 360) and also reduced noise. The host was very approachable, friendly and responsive. There is a major super market a block away, and some cafes and shops. However, the main shopping area is a short distance away.
Disliked: There is not much I did not like, and I would definitely stay there again but a great addition would be a book case or some furniture with selves to put keep items like bits and bobs for longer stays and keep the rooms tidy as there in plenty of room.
A great option for a city-break
Liked: The apartment is located downtown at a very nice location, close to the city center and the beach as well. The view is magnificent. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and our stay was really nice. We'd definitely consider it again in our next visit to Kalamata.
Kalamata’s 360View Penthouse!
Liked: It is exactly as shown on the pictures! Enough space for a family of 4. Central located in Kalamata, walking distance to old town and sea side. Perfect next to supermarket and for daily outside city trips! We really enjoyed the stay and the owner was really nice and responsive! It was really the best residency in our 2 weeks greece trip! 10of10!
