Very good
It was nice but could’ve been better
Liked: Shower was amazing
Disliked: It was one of the apartments that didn’t have any outside space - which was a bit frustrating as the apartment was hot and had a bit of damp
Misleading description of room
Liked: Modern facilities and clean
Disliked: I guess when the room is titled "Garden View" it is not to assumed that it is a semi-basement with zero view and no privacy. It is misleading and booking would need to do something. Also, I asked a woman on the phone to prolong my reservation (before we go), she told me to do via the platform. When I asked her is she can check availability for me, she asked me to call back with my number visible. I did and she said that she would call back. She never did. We asked for a baby cot. Never got a response - nor a cot.
Unexpected change to a smaller room
Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: We booked a large room for our family of three. However, when we arrived, we discovered that our room had been changed to a smaller one, with only one bed for two people. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. There was also no bedding provided for the third person and no towel. We sent a message immediately after arrival asking for at least one extra bedsheet, but we received no response at all. Only the day after we checked out did we receive a message saying that our room had been changed to a smaller one as an “upgrade.” In reality, it was clearly a downgrade. There was also no apology for failing to provide bedding and a towel for all three guests. We have never been treated like this anywhere in Greece before. In our experience, Greek hosts are usually very welcoming and genuinely care about their guests, which made this situation particularly disappointing. The view from the window was of a busy road and a parking lot.

Very nice location, but the rooms need maintenance
Liked: The location- close to the beach
Disliked: It was not very clean, outside place like abandoned, we had to clean outside tables and chairs. No responsiveness from the property manager.
Liked: Great location. Roomy and tranquil. It combines both mountain and a little bit of sea view. Great to relax and good sunset view.
Disliked: Not very clean.
