Exceptional
This was our favourite place we stayed in a week of exploring the Peloponnese
Liked: Kalamata is a lovely, seaside city with wonderful places around it to explore (I especially recommend Polylimnio and ancient Messene) and Phares was the perfect place to stay: well-situated in the Old Town, generously equipped and immaculately clean. Thank you!
Disliked: Parking can be a little tricky but we could drop people and bags off right by the house and then we almost always found a parking space near the church, just a couple of minutes’ walk away.
Liked: Great location and felt homey - super responsive host.

Disliked: Unfortunately 2 toilet rolls were not sufficient for 5 adults across 4 days.
Very convenient and centrally located house
Liked: Very nicely renovated, and well equipped, walking distance to the center of Kalamata
Disliked: Nothing regarding then property itself but there was construction next to the building which made the stay a bit less relaxing in the morning, I believe the owner tried to ask them to start later the second morning but there was still some noise around 8am
Liked: A beautiful home, spotlessly clean, very comfortable (beds, pillows 👌🏻and home in general). Great location. Extremely kind and generous host. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.
Liked: Location of the house is perfect, it was cozy and clean.
Disliked: Parking was not easy
