Exceptional
Liked: I initially had some hesitation about the location but in the end found it perfect for our needs. Is about 20minutes walk to beach/promenade and to old town. Only about 10 minutes walk to main square and shops. Eateries, coffee, supermarkets are everywhere. Having its own parking is also a bonus. Easy check out instructions and general instructions. Great to have 2 balconies, though not huge but adequate and washing machine. Shower and water pressure were fantastic. I would book again without hesitation.
Disliked: We stayed 4 nights so extra towels would have been handy and extra pillows This is a new apartment with a good sized kitchen so am stating some improvements that need attention: Faucet needs to be fitted on other side of kitchen tap Panel against fridge door at bottom corner needs adjustment. Metal floor strip into bathroom needs repairing A new unused kitchen sponge Liner bags for kitchen and bathroom bins
Liked: comfort, location, clean
Disliked: The apartment is well located, has its own private parking area, and is modern, clean, and well furnished. Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by the air conditioning system. During our first night, the apartment remained at around 28°C, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We carefully followed the operating instructions provided in the apartment and reported the problem immediately, but it could not be resolved that night. The following day, the host first tried to resolve the issue remotely by adjusting the system from the central controls, but this did not help. Two people then came to inspect the apartment, but they were also unable to restore proper cooling. We were informed that a technician would be called, and only after the technician's intervention did the system finally start cooling, at around 2:30–3:00 p.m. By then, the first night of our two-night stay had already been lost. Even after the repair, the lowest indoor temperature we observed was approximately 25.3°C. In addition, when operating, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy—noticeably louder than even older-style split air conditioners—which further reduced our comfort. We also appreciate the support provided by the Booking.com Customer Support team. They followed up on our case, kept us informed throughout the process, and handled the situation professionally. Outside the hottest months, this apartment may be a good choice because of its location, private parking, and overall quality. However, during the summer, reliable air conditioning is essential, and based on our experience we cannot recommend this property.
Liked: There was an issue with air conditioning and they upgraded us for the full stay with no additional cost. Great service, always responsive, showed clear responsibility. Even the Plato42 apt is great. Great condition.

Great apartment but needs more thought to provisions and balcony seating
Liked: The off street parking, balconies. Lovely toiletries, comfortable bedding, strong shower.
Disliked: The balcony chairs were too uncomfortable to sit on for long. The kitchen lacked the usual provisions provided in most apartments- just 2 coffee pods, salt, pepper and sugar- no tea bags, milk cartons, kitchen roll, cling film etc. Also there was no bowl large enough for a salad.
