  Great Location, Comfortable Stay, Some Minor Inconveniences

  Liked: The biggest advantage of this apartment is its unbeatable central location — literally one minute from the main square and city center. Being right in the heart of the Christmas and New Year celebrations was a great experience and made everything easily walkable. Although the building itself is older (typical of the main square, probably from the 70s), it does have a working elevator, which is a big plus. The apartment is clearly more modern than the rest of the building, having been renovated around 10–15 years ago, so it feels comfortable and well maintained even if not brand new. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, the air conditioning units in every room heat the apartment efficiently, and the place was clean. Overall, the stay was pleasant and convenient.

  Disliked: As expected for such a central location, parking is extremely difficult — not something the host can fix, but worth mentioning. The main building entrance is old and does not close, which raised some security concerns, especially since we had to leave our stroller downstairs because the elevator was too small. While the apartment is not outdated, some personal decorative touches could be removed to give it a more neutral, hotel-like feel. Our main discomfort was the double bed placement: it is pushed into a corner with a wall-mounted shelf above it, and almost every night I ended up hitting myself. Lastly, there was no welcome water or similar basic courtesy upon arrival — only a packet of Oreos — which felt a bit underwhelming after a long trip. Despite these issues, most of the downsides are minor compared to the excellent location.

  I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay

  Liked: The house was beautiful decorated with great attention to detail, creating a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally its location in the heart of the town made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

  Disliked: The parking was an issue especially during the day.

  A comfort stay at Kalamata city center!

  Liked: We enjoyed our stay at the 4th floor appartment located next to the central square of Kalamata. The appartment was clean and spacious with all necessary electrical equipment in the kitchen with compliments for coffee. The decoration is modern. The hoster provided all towels in sealed bags while the communication was direct with many suggestions. A walk to the square and to the restaurants was really easy. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The overall VfM is rather good and I suggest it for a short-term stay at the beautiful city of Kalamata.

  Disliked: Notably, the public parking is somehow difficult (but free) at the roads.. but you can find a place (tip: avoid the narrow roads if you have a big car). While the building is not new and the elevator is narrow, it is overall tidy and secure (with a camera/CCTV in the entrance).

  Liked: It really was like home. The apartment was so well setup with all necessities and comforts. Location was brilliant close to platea to go out at night and also shop. We loved it! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kalamata.

  Great place to stay if you like comfort!

  Liked: Home away from home. Professionally kitted out throughout. Perfect location. We'll definitely choose it again if back in Kalamata.

  Disliked: The multi-plugs were great for the USBs, but the normal plugs didn't fit well.
