Exceptional
Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a lovely flat and I would recommend it to others
Liked: The house is as shown in the pictures, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are big and water pressure is good. Very nice outdoor verandah (the rattan furniture and hammock chair just need cushions to be more comfortable). We easily found free parking on the street.
Disliked: The house is on the second floor with no lift. The front staircase has a handrail only part of the way up, so we had to stay close to my elderly parents when they used it. This should be stated in the listing or shown in the photos. The back staircase is a spiral with narrow steps. In the kitchen the cooking utensils, pots, etc are lacking so we ate out. For a longer stay or people who like to cook at home, this might be an issue. There was no ice in the freezer and no ice trays. The key hand-over at check-in was clunky. We were given an address to collect the key which turned out to be an apartment complex and we didn't know which flat to ring. A neighbour saw us standing outside and directed us to a business next door. We were told we were supposed to call when we got there. I would suggest a lock box and the code sent to the guests an hour before checkin (not everyone has connectivity when they arrive at the door). This would be a more seamless experience for the guests.
Had a flight cancelled to London at short notice and needed a place to stay for 4 adults. Delighted we found it

Liked: The property was modern, stylish and clean. The beds were comfortable, the showers were amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was heaven and sets the property ahead of others. Excellent hosts who always responded within minutes.
Disliked: We do not have any complaints.
Nice huge apartment in Kalamata
Liked: Huge apartment with big kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony and 2 full bathrooms. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very clean. Easy to find parking spot on the street.
Pleasant stay, quiet flat in bustling area
Liked: It was clean, spacious, nicely furnished with a good balcony. Shops and restaurants nearby
Disliked: There was no washing machine, hair dryer, bottle opener, chopping board, only one teaspoon, poor welcome pack, difficulty contacting agent to arrange key hand over
We had a wonderful time in Kalamata … the Villa offered everything that we needed. My grandson enjoyed the pool every
