  Spotless, exceptionally comfortable, modern apartment with great facilities in a great location

  Liked: A full apartment with a spacious terrace! The property has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's conveniently located close to Kalamata city centre, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was also easy, friendly, and prompt.

  Disliked: The only downside was the spiral staircase leading to the apartment. As someone who's a bit afraid of heights, I found it challenging to use.

  I would definitely come back and could recomend it to friends

  Liked: Came for business and stayed for 8 days. Very spacious, clean and well decorated. 7 min walk from the main pedestrian square, shops nearby. A great experience, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Excellent choice

  not for hot summer time

  Liked: This is a tiny apartment located on the roof of a building on the third floor with a spiral staircase. The roof is a nice balcony. The apartment is clean and well equipped but very cramped.

  Disliked: The apartment is so small and cramped that there is no room to open even a small suitcase. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. And the worst thing is that the air conditioner in the bedroom is not an air conditioner at all, but a type of ventilation system that does not cool the room, which becomes very hot at night due to the daily exposure to direct sun on the roof. So maybe for someone who stayed in the apartment during the winter months it would be reasonable, but on hot days and in the summer it would be impossible to stay. We could hardly sleep the whole night.
