  Liked: Magic place, in walking distance to the monasteries. Restaurants, cafes, shops close. Small but elegant, comfortable and practically equippoed apartment. Wonderful, very friendly host.

  You will be happy if you stay here even on longer than a day or two

  Liked: Every was excellent clean modern but with touch of the past. Owner was full of tips and very knowledgeable He turned a/c on for as before we arrived on hot days is great Best accommodation this week

  Wonderful!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Oikia Kastraki, and a big part of that experience was thanks to George. He is an exceptional host—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location for visiting Meteora. We highly recommend Oikia Kastraki and would gladly stay here again. Thank you, George, for making our visit so enjoyable!

  A nice place for a short stay

  Liked: It’s a good place for a night or two. With a great view from the window and birds singing in the morning, close to the monasteries with the owners ready to help. The room was ready for us long before our arrival.

  Disliked: We didn’t come at the high season so the place looked as if was deserted for some time for sure.

  Liked: Excellent location. If you have a car, you can park directly in front of the door. The room was spotless, there’s a garden, and the landscaping feels very authentic. Tea, coffee, and hot water are available. The view is beautiful — you can spend wonderful time just watching the mountains from your window. The staff member is very helpful and quickly explains the surroundings so you can easily explore the area. I definitely recommend it.
