Fabulous
Liked: We had very enjoyable time in Amina’a apartment - beautiful view to the sea and the town, perfect location, beautiful furniture. It was clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Cannot recommend a better place for a short stay.
Disliked: There was nothing in the description of the apartment that it is accessible only by climbing very steep steps both from the street and from the kitchen. For elderly people with reduced mobility like us it was a challenge.
Liked: Oh, it was just an amazing stay! You go down the stairs (about 40 stairs) and you dive into the authentic spirit of Kavala. The room is spacious with an unique design that invites you on a historical trip. The room has a beautiful garden with marble mosaic floor, a fruit tree and aromatic herbs in its shadow. Behind the old walls of the town that pass just through the garden you have a romantic view to the seaport. And all these are accompanied by what is important for a guest: an easy check-in, good AC, spotless clean, comfortable beds with different options for pillows, good speed of internet, convenient shared kitchen. We will definitely come back.
Disliked: Overall everything was amazing. One thing that is a disadvantage is that in the old town parking is allowed only with a special permission. The cars can be parked at the parking of the harbour (once you download the luggage) and you can actually see your car from the balcony. The good side of it is that walking to the car is a good opportunity to immerce yourself into the living atmosphere of the old town passing viewpoints, small cafeterias and local tavernas.

Lovely appointed and comfortable room but be prepared for ferry noise
Liked: The room was very well appointed in the Ottoman style.
Disliked: Very noisy ferries and people upstairs walking to and fro continuously loudly in the wooden floor/our ceiling right into the early morning hours??? Lack of sleep. Such a shame as the bed was so comfortable. The key lock door would not close.
Liked: Great location, in the middle of the old town. Apartment is all in oriental style and it was great! Super clean

Liked: It’s a special place converted to apartments for short term rentals with view to the port of Kavala. It revives memories of the past years of the Ottoman Empire.
