Exceptional
Good stay, but the apartment could offer better value for the price
Liked: The apartment is spacious and well located, within walking distance of the city centre and Rapsani Beach. It was relatively clean, and communication with the property manager was quick and easy.
Disliked: The price is high considering the amenities. Well decorated, but some basic items are missing, such as a dish rack, microwave, the bed in one of the bedrooms does not match the photos — it is actually a sofa bed with mattresses on top. Free parking in the underground parking area was advertised as included, but finding an available parking space was a matter of luck. Parking in the surrounding area is also quite difficult. There was also a problem with the bathroom drain on the first evening. We were told that the problem would be fixed the next day, but after insisting by our side, it was resolved within an hour. The same issue appears to have been mentioned by previous guests, but no action had been taken to fix it.
Disappointing experience – great location, but needs improvement
Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience was not a pleasant one. We were unable to use the shower because the water would not drain properly, causing the bathroom to turn into a real swimming pool. We reported the problem on the very first evening, but unfortunately, it was not fixed during our entire four-day stay. The kitchen also had serious hygiene issues, and we did not feel comfortable using the utensils. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules were provided. The apartment is spacious and centrally located, but it definitely needs improvements and better maintenance.
Fine, plenty of room, great balcony, overall ok
Liked: The apartment is large and impressing
Disliked: Cleanliness was rather ok, very tricky way to get the keys, felt more like an exit-room experience, the apartment slightly smells like an old ladies home.

Liked: Thank you, Eftichia Theioka, for your attention and responsiveness! 1.When we arrived, it turned out that I was having problems with roaming and I hadn't received the check-in messages. Eftichia contacted me and sent everything to a different phone number. 2. The apartment is large and has everything you need for a relaxing stay—an electric iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine and cleaning supplies, and two balconies! 3. Parking 4. It is located directly on the walking zone, which has many restaurants and cafes and.. and.. and... Everything was perfect! I would visit there again!
Ok stay but second bedroom was not functional (very annoying)
Liked: Big apartment near the city centre and the sea shore. Nearby there is a nice park in front of the sea with two playgrounds, very convenient for families with children.
Disliked: The second bedroom had a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable to sleep on, it was not like in the pictures where two proper single beds were shown. The bedroom also had the shutter broken (all down, not possible to open the window) and they didn’t tell us upon arrival, which was very annoying. It was then half fixed because we asked. The apartment is old and was not very clean.
Liked: The apartment is comfortable, spacious and suitable for families with children. The location is good, close to the Old Town and the sights. There is a parking place.
Disliked: The first day was cold and there was not enough hot water. The space is large and the air conditioner cannot warm it up enough in the cool weather of April. The kitchen needs renovation.
