Liked: The apartment is in a quiet location with local neighborhood. The access to the apartment is unique and safe. The property itself has a private parking place and there is also available free parking on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment is very close to the main road on the shore and the beach. It is walking distance to a very good supermarket. There are nice patisseries, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is very easy to reach the city center, touristic places or to the harbor by local transportation or by taxi which takes between 5-7 Eur. The apartment is brand new, super clean and perfectly furnished meeting all the requirements for a wonderful stay. It has two very handy balconies with furnitures to enjoy every time of the day outside. The land owner is very reachable and showing super hospitality to meet any need we asked for. He was keen on asking for help everyday. We had the chance to check in early, and offered us to extend our check out. So that is really very kind of him. He also left very nice compliments for a warm welcome in the apartment. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. There is a coffee machine and capsules, also a dish washer. Upstairs is at the attic so the ceiling for tall people can be challenging. You should watch out the head while moving. For the kids it is perfect, even as adults over 50 we really enjoyed staying upstairs. We had two elder persons over 70. They were amazed by the utilities and comforts of the apartment as well.

Modern high spec accommodation in quiet area of Kavala
Liked: Clean, wonderful quiet location with street parking if wanted although the accommodation has private parking.Host very helpful and checks in to find out if you need anything. Responds to questions swiftly
Disliked: Whilst of a high standard I would have liked a bar/handle in the shower to provide reassurance that one wouldn't slip in the all marble shower
Good location and friendly host, but mezzanine extremely uncomfortable and not great value for money
Liked: Situated in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, close to a supermarket and several public beaches. The property offers private parking. The downstairs areas are spacious and comfortable. The host is welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
Disliked: The mezzanine and bathroom have very limited headroom, making movement uncomfortable and easy to bump your head. Some windows upstairs lack proper blackout features. The provided towels had visible stains. (It's worth noting that I believe they had been washed, but the stains didn’t come out fully. It might be helpful to wash them at a higher temperature or replace a few given this is not a low cost accommodation.) Overall, the apartment felt overpriced and not great value for money. I would not recommend it.
