Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: It has a sea view.
Disliked: There are issues with the shower; water leaks behind the unit, causing the power to cut out. The apartment has poor soundproofing; even with the windows closed, there is significant noise from the street, as the building is located on a main road. The floor tiles are cracked and make noise when you walk on them. The air conditioning in the bedroom isn't working, though the unit in the living room can be used instead.
Liked: everything was great, it's very clean, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable and modern, thank you very much Dimitras!
Exceptional
Liked: I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment in Kavala. Its location in a quiet area was perfect—close enough to the city center to explore easily while still offering a peaceful environment. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed for a enjoyable stay. Our host, Dimitris, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and full of helpful recommendations and tips that enhanced our experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base in Kavala.
Best of the best in Kavala
Liked: Way better the best place we've stayed in Kavala. Everything was much more than expected. Thank you so much Dimitris.
Disliked: Everything was perfect, nothing to complain.
Top tier…
Liked: The owner is great, we had a wonderful experience. The facility is great, it has everything you need for a family. The owner even brought us a small gift. We will stay there again for sure.
Superb
Liked: While soundproofing measures have been made for the exterior of the apartment, the individual rooms are not sound proof. There are darkening shades, but no curtains. At first I was a little concerned about the lack of privacy while traveling with my family, but once we adjusted our expectation we had the most delightful family time. The view is stunning, and the location was quite convenient for our plans.
Disliked: Solid curtains for a little more privacy would have made us a bit more comfortable, but overall this was a wonderful apartment.
