Exceptional
Liked: The apartment was very clean. We had many towels, clean bedsheets, toileteries, detergents and cleaning accesories. - The apartment has two separate bedrooms, and a living room with kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an extensible couch and is very small, but perfect for our kids. - Confortable beds. - The hosts were very receptive and always available. They are living in the house above (separate entrance), but never bothered us - they were always very discreet. - We received from the house sweets for the kids, juice, bread, cheese, salamy, honey, greek pancakes, wine and many more. - There was always a saved parking spot on the street for us. - There was a washing machine - very helpful for a longer stay. - The apartment had two A.C. - The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a pleasant stay.
Disliked: The house is located on a hill (narrow and steep streets), a little difficult for walking, driving or parking. But you get used to it easily ☺️ - Located a little far away from the beach (15 mins walk from the Kavala beach or from the fortress or aqueduct).
Liked: Everything about the apartment was excellent — it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the aqueduct and within walking distance to the city center. The host was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

Superb
Nice city, nice apartment, nice host but not so nice positioning
Liked: The host was wonderful, friendly and speaks very good english. The rooms were large (2 of 3), clean and nice. All the facilities, easy to use. AC in both large rooms, clean bathroom and good internet. Easy to get the keys at our arrival. Good advice for restaurants from the host. Good food, good prices, friendly people.
Disliked: The bathroom was king of small and the toilet very close to the wall. Almost impossible to find parking spots and if you find them the plase has a very hard incline so make sure you have a good parking brake for your car. The access was kind of hard because the place is on a hill, very very narrow streets almost all with hard incline. Far from center and any restaurants, not from a distance point of view but you will do a lot of cardio climbing the roads and tons of stairs. The traffic is terrible and the tons of scooters and mopeds rush on the streets permanently and they have very loud mufflers.
Worth to its price
Liked: Everting kitchen equipment was in the house and working. Very clean and tidy.
Disliked: Cozy furnitures (good for someone) Light smell in the house Now close to center, need to use car.
