Great Location and Friendly Staff
Liked: We have stayed at this hotel several times, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.
Liked: The location and the decoration of the rooms. Very modern yet so warm and comfortable
Liked: It was clean and great location
Disliked: There is no spa and wellness (misleading advertising), very noisy ( breakfast area literally next to our room also street noise was really annoying)
Great service while at the same time respecting privacy. Beautiful facilities and prime location
Liked: Outstanding staff went above and beyond. I was in town for a competition and game day started before the start of breakfast. The hotel kitchen staff prepared my breakfast a full hour ahead of their official start and gave me a strong start!
Disliked: Weak noise insulation on the windows - so street noise is quite audible, which is not great at night.
Liked: Large and confortable room in ancient building
Disliked: Parking the car was a problem. Port Police is very present and active, we had some problems with them, but solved also thanks to the help of the hotel staff (thanks!). Entrance of the hotel and drop in parking slot not so easy to find...
I definitely recommend staying in Epicure Suites!
