Liked: Lovely, clean apartment with almost everything we needed for our stay. Our host was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Would recommend!
Disliked: A small problem with hot water on the first day, which was solved thanks to Tanasis.
Perfect for family stay!
Liked: Perfect for family stay (or a group of friends)! The whole concept is great, with 3 dedicated rooms which have more than enough space, a very well equiped kitchen and the garden which is great for evening dinner or morning coffee. Looks even better in person! Location is also perfect since it is very near to the local beach, and also very near the batis beach which I prefer. Walking to the town is no issue as well. Overall, my expectation have been exceeded. Would stay again. Great apartment in a great city.
Disliked: Nothing really to mention, only one nitpick - water pressure can be low at times from the facuets, or the hot water can take some time to get adjusted. Didnt really cause any issues and it is minor nitpick at best.

Liked: Excellent location - nearby a large supermarket and a marvelous beach, with an amazing garden full of local plants that reminded me of my childhood.
Disliked: I cannot point out sth really unpleasant that cannot be undergone.

Liked: Everything was great - location, parking place in front of the house; cozy, clean and spacious apartment; well equiped kitchen; patio with table and chairs - a delight to eat breakfast and have a coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The house is at 6-7mins by foot from the beach. There is a Masoutis supermarket at 3-4mins by feet and other mini markets at about 10mins by feet (for Sundays when Masoutis is closed). Also, there are tavernas (try Dyonissos taverna - friendly services and homemade tasty food) and coffee bars nearby. The communication with the host was smooth and we got a prompt answer at any querry we had. Highly recommend this accomodation.
