  Liked: Perfect location, 2 min by car from the beach, 8 min by car from the city centre, nice restaurants and bars in walking distance, supermarket in very close walking distance. Huge living room, well equipped, nice functional kitchen area;

  Disliked: Matrimonial bed room well equipped, but small and difficult to get well-ventilated; children's bed room well equipped, ventilated, air-conditioned, plenty of natural light; Bathroom huge, well equipped, but not-well ventilated.

  Nice house, bad location

  Liked: Nice spacious house suitable for family Nice comfy beds and safety gate on the stairs for the babies

  Disliked: There was no parking close to the house which is something not to be ignored if you have lots to carry or young children like us and take under consideration Kavala's geography Washing machine and high chair for baby was not available as per listing but when we raised this with the owner they said the washing machine was there but locked behind a door we didnt have the key for.
