Exceptional
Liked: Near the beach ~3 min 10 minutes till bus stop Has AC, it's clean. Apartment was clean.
Disliked: The bed furniture very noisy. Not the mattress, the bed itself. We was forced to sleep on the couch.
Liked: We had a very comfortable stay, the property is spacious and quiet.
Great apartment
Liked: The apartment was great for a family of 3. It has a pull out sofa which was very comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is very close to the beach 3 minutes walk. The kitchen has a dolce gusto machine,a small fridge and an even smaller stove.i love the terrace of the place, we will definitely come back. The owner was very helpful with anything we needed, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a liter on nectar.
Disliked: The only downside part is that owr vacation was over:(
Misleading information in property account
Disliked: Completely misleading information by the property owner. You read sun terrace, garden, balcony and then you find yourself in a bedroom with window below ground level, apartment entrance surrounded by concrete walls taller than human height and you are in fact in a basement. For summer vacation property this is a serious disadvantage and should be made clear to the people booking it. We stayed only one of the six nights booked and contacted the owner to settle this. We drew his attention to the fact that there is other misinformation such declared access for disabled people and while he made us wait for his proposal to compensate us, he just deleted it.(I am sure Booking can verify this change). He claimed he had contacted Booking to see how to proceed, but this obviously has not happened.).And still there is misleading info in the property description like the bicycles and tennis court. Very disappointing experience.

Liked: Very well equiped mini apartment, clean and quite, close to the city beach, has parking place in the shadow.
Disliked: Do not forget your key inside! 😆
Highly recommend toulipa as a place to stay it's wonderful
Liked: Location is absolutely amazing, very close to the beach and other amenities. The apartment has everything you need ie full equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, tv, wifi and plenty more.
Disliked: Nothing at all the apartment made my stay in kavala more amazing. George very helpful and informative.
