Fabulous
Liked: Maitenance problems,no English speaking TV chanels, bong bong music to 3.30 in tbe morning. Electrical system had ongoing issues. Very disapointing, definately not a 4 star hotel.
Liked: The hotel was fine, nice room, welcoming and helpful staff. However, very noisy at night due to music very nearby and hard to get to sleep. We know Agostoli well and have been to Kefalonia quite a few times and wasn't expecting so much noise.
Disliked: The noise from a nearby bar.

Liked: Perfect location
Disliked: Nothing
It served the purpose
Liked: The location was good especially as I needed to be close to the hospital. One of the receptionist was extremely helpful in sorting out a room as I had to add extra nights to the stay.
Disliked: The staff didn’t smile or say good morning.
Liked: Good location, everything is in walking distance
Disliked: Quite old and outlived, airco works but it’s noisy, needed airplugs to sleep at night Staff could be friendlier
