Fabulous
Good apartments in terms of price and quality, with 2 bathrooms and seperate rooms was really comfortable. Recommend!

Liked: Location location location! Only 5/6 mins in taxi from airport. Nearest beach only 5 mins max walk, other beach past runway a 8 min walk( lovely beach, clear calm sea and lovely beach bar with chilled out music). Quiet at night. Although next to runway planes start around 9am and end around 9pm but not constant all day. We had no problem and enjoyed watching them. Amazing sunset from balcony.
Disliked: Just the bathrooms were dated, no shower curtains so tricky not to soak everything, and flood floor. Sink taps hard to turn on. Spare room mattresses were dated with springs poking in back. Main bedroom was lovely. We had room 1 up stairs.
Great place to stay
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Mirtia Studios and would happily return. Fotis was an exceptional host from the moment we arrived, providing us with plenty of recommendations on places to visit, beaches to explore, and fantastic local restaurants. His advice helped us make the most of our time in Kefalonia. The location is fantastic—peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently close to everything. One of our favourite parts of the stay was sitting on the balcony in the evenings, watching the planes land and take off in the distance. It was surprisingly enjoyable and added a unique touch to our holiday. The property is well maintained, with a lovely garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Spartia Beach is only a 4-minute walk away, while Lassi and Argostoli are just a short drive from the studios, making it an excellent base for exploring the island. The studio was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Kefalonia, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.
Disliked: The only areas that could be improved are the air conditioning and hot water availability. The air conditioning unit did not seem particularly effective and made very little difference to the room temperature, so it may be due for an update. We also found that hot water was generally available in the evenings, but in the mornings there was often only cold water. These were minor inconveniences and did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the stay.
Liked: The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens with olive trees, yet just a short 5-minute walk to the stunning, sandy Spasmata Beach.The room was clean, incredibly comfortable, and featured a lovely balcony with sea view. The family running the studios is exceptionally warm and welcoming, always offering great local tips.The property is also very family-friendly, complete with a great children's playground and a fantastic barbecue area in the garden. Plus, having free on-site parking. Highly recommended!
