Fantastic family holiday house
Liked: Spyros and family are great hosts, the homemade moussaka and pastitsio were excellent. House itself is great with the outdoor areas and swimming pool. It's a short drive to Lixouri which has shops, bakeries, butcher etc. It's walking distance to Lepada beach, and a short drive to other beaches such as Vatsa. The best beach is Petani which is a 25/30m drive.

Liked: We spent a wonderful week here with 8 adult family members to celebrate my husband's 60th and couldn't have asked for more. The villa was spotless, spacious and very well equipped, with comfy beds, strong A/C and a kitchen that made cooking easy. The outdoor space was the highlight - lovely pool, 2 shaded terraces, gas BBQ and amazing sea and mountain views. Location is excellent: Just a 5 minute walk to the beach with a charming little taverna and 5 minute drive to Lixouri town with plenty of friendly places to eat and shop, plus the port for boat trips and the short ferry crossing to Argostoli and the airport. Our host, Spyros, and his family were fantastic, welcoming, thoughtful and always on hand if needed to help recommend trips. organise massages at the Villa and source a birthday cake. Also a delicious homemade moussaka was waiting for us when we arrived. Minor note - Bring mosquito repellant. Overall a fantastic stay and an unforgettable way to celebrate with our family - highly recommended.
