Fabulous
Liked: Everything
Disliked: Nothing
Good stay but would prefer a more attentive approach
Liked: Recently renovated and convenient location. It was well spaced and well taken care of. We had an issue with the air condition and once we spoke to them they immediately attended to it.
Disliked: We would propose to use a bathroom Matt which is not used so much that it looks ruined. Also we would prefer that the door was better sound proof. The location is great but near to the centre so it can get noisy. Also we would like some more clear instructions for check in - out.
Liked: Basic but clean and comfortable with great air-conditioning and very peaceful- good double glazing! Reactive staff via whatapp- we arrived earlier than expected, and were met within mins, and allowd access pre check-in time.
It was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
