  Lovely hotel with amazing staff and food!

  Liked: Our stay here was amazing, our suite was very spacious and was left spotless every day! The whole hotel is pristine in general. There was a wide range of foods with snacks available poolside, all delicious! Staff here are incredibly friendly and professional, with special mention to Poppy at reception, who helped us out of a tricky situation in which we booked one less night than intended, and without any trouble, helped us arrange for an extra night's stay at the hotel without having to change rooms. Cleaning staff also left our towels in very sweet arrangements like the one shown in the picture! The location is ideal, with Kos Town harbour being around a 25-minute walking distance and taxis costing around €8. Overall amazing experience here - easily one of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in for all-inclusive!!

  Disliked: Only thing I would suggest is having an iron for guests to use!

  Liked: Very lovely, kind and helpful staff - we could already have lunch before our check-in, which we highly appreciated after a morning flight. Everything was super clean; you can see the cleaning ladies cleaning until the evening. Beautiful, very well-kept garden with many beautiful plants and trees. Great food - variety, freshness, themed dinners. Clean room with a nice terrace; towels changed daily.

  Disliked: There is no coffee machine working apart from the breakfast time and you need to get a filtred coffee from the bar, otherwise you need to pay extra. Drinks served in paper cups can be improved as the cups are many times flying and lying around as the weather is usually windy. There is no animation program or outdoor sport equipment but at least you tend to go to bed sooner:))
