  Liked: The location near the beach is unbeatable. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. Clean, enough place for everything. Equipped kitchen

  Disliked: The pillows and bed sheets could be more comfortable. It was a bit hard for me to sleep and get used to 'hard' pillows. This is btw personal desire.

  Great apartment in great location

  Liked: Great location beside lambi beach and only 10-15 minutes walk into Kos town. Plenty of places to eat and drink around the apartment aswell. It has everything required for a self catering stay and would highly recommend.

  Disliked: The only thing I could say is that there was no hot water for the whole stay, but as it was 38 degrees outside, a cold shower was welcome anyway!

  Liked: The location to the beach and into town,

  Disliked: We had no hot water most of the week and we had to clean the back of the fridge, someone had spilt milk in it and the smell was quite bad.

  Peaceful, beautiful, great location and very clean!

  Liked: Mary and Periklis are so welcoming and helpful which made our stay so much better. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect being pretty much on the beach and having so many amenities around. All the local shops are friendly and very fairly priced. We were given recommendations by the owners of places to eat and places to go which definitely made the trip even more special like the traditional village of Zia! The apartment has everything you need - get a few groceries in and you’re sorted. I would 100% return to this apartment again and couldn’t have asked for better hosts!
