Liked: First of all, the restaurant and reception staff was exceptional and really "make the difference". Also, the food was great, especially the 5 course menus for dinner. Unfortunately, the hotel is lacking maintenaince and renovation. For example, mold between all tiles in the pool, broken tiles in the pool and outdoor shower area etc. Our room was also not what we expected. The bathroom was new but the room itself had a dirty bed frame and couch. Also the cover of the chair in the corner was broken. In general were all furniture in a bad shape. Our room was also not properly cleaned. They tried to fix most of the mentioned points as we complained. But the most disapointing part was the beach. The way to the beach (across a street) and the beach itself was full of trash. It was not cleaned regulatory and does not invite to linger. Overall, we were not satisfied with the hotel, except of the staff and food.
